The Under Armour StealthForm Uncrushable Hat is built for the opposite behavior. You can stuff it in a suitcase, jam it in a backpack, or leave it in the car…and it snaps back into shape. The first test was a Vegas trip (pictured below). Fully crushed in a carry-on. Zero dents when it came out. That matters.
It’s also soft and comfortable enough for all-day wear, not just short errands. One caveat. It runs a bit warm, so it’s probably not your go-to for hard workouts or peak summer heat.
